Role Description
This position is responsible for providing an effortless internal customer experience to facilitate enquiries and issues raised by Zayo sales and other internal support functions. In addition, the Administrator will be involved in process improvement and efficiency to streamline these requests.
Candidates must be able to successfully thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and adjust to a rapidly growing and changing organisation.
Job Description Summary:
Building working relationships with all Zayo support functions
Deep understanding all Zayo’s support functions
Responsible for the creation of new accounts in Salesforce based on set compliance and VAT rules
Responsible for the Salesforce European account and funnel data management accuracy
Conduit to sales and support functions for enquiries and solutions
Create a FAQ document to distribute to internal customers and referenced to conclude enquiries/requests
Create a streamlined process to facilitate enquiries/requests
Monitor and follow up on requested data from support functions and ensure data integrity
Adhere to a set of pre-established KPIs
Maintain sense of urgency and response to enquiries within established service level agreements
Identify areas of process improvements to streamline solution efficiency
Adhoc reporting requirements from Sales Management, Sales eps and other parts of the business
Become a Subject Matter Expert on the following CRM’s:
Salesforce1
Tranzact
Salesloft
Qualifications:
Sales experience a plus
Working knowledge using Salesforce and ability to learn other CRM systems
Experience with internal customer relationships (in office relationships)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to prioritise with good management skills
Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and manage competing requests in a professional manner
Desire to understand process, identify improvements and implement change
Language required: English; French a plus but not mandatory
