About the Role

Hastings Deering is on the hunt for an Administration Officer (internally known as an Aftermarket Support Advisor) to join our team at our head office in Brisbane. This is a maternity leave cover role, Monday to Friday until June 2026.

In this role, you will:

• Craft and enhance dynamic presentations, comprehensive sales reports, and engaging SharePoint posts.
• Oversee and streamline team reporting processes.
• Execute and manage detailed inventory check reports.
• Coordinate and lead monthly meetings for our resource, construction, and aftermarket teams.
• Record and analyse parts sales data using Apex.
• Collaborate closely with our pricing, claims, and aftermarket product teams to advise, submit, and track Caterpillar claims.
