The Opportunity:
We are seeking a qualified Community Learning Manager to join our amazing team! In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning initiatives that foster a culture of continuous development and engagement across internal and external communities. This role bridges organizational learning strategy with community-based delivery, ensuring that programs are inclusive, impactful, and aligned with business goals.
What you will do:
Community Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization and its learning communities
- Facilitate workshops, panels, and speaker series that promote knowledge sharing and social
learning.
Learning Communications
- Implement strategic communications plans to promote learning initiatives across internal and external audiences.
- Coordinate messaging, timing, and delivery channels to maximize engagement and participation in learning programs.
- Create compelling content such as newsletters, announcements, and promotional materials to support learning campaigns.
Learning Operations
- Manage the learning management system (LMS), ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and aligned with learner needs.
- Monitor learning analytics and feedback to continuously improve program effectiveness.
- Support onboarding integration and create manager guides to reinforce learning post-training.
Program Design & Delivery
- Help to develop and execute community-focused learning programs that support employee development, onboarding, and leadership readiness.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to co-create content using collaborative learning platforms.
- Liaise with the learning councils to prioritize and govern content creation across departments
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on community engagement or adult education.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms and collaborative learning models.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment
