Zur Erweiterung unseres Industriebauteams suchen wir einen Senior Project Manager (m/w/d), der Spaß an der Steuerung komplexer Industriebauprojekte hat und sich gerne in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld bewegt: 

• Als Teil eines Projektteams beraten Sie unsere namhaften und internationalen Auftraggeber bei der erfolgreichen Realisierung komplexer Neu- und Umbauprojekte.
• Sie betreuen Projekte unterschiedlicher Größe und Komplexität, behalten die Kosten, Termine und Qualitäten im Blick und übernehmen eigenständig (Teil-) Projektleitungsaufgaben.
• Zur Optimierung des Projektergebnisses sorgen Sie unter anderem für die Festlegung einer effektiven Projektsteuerung, für die Beratung und das Controlling der Projektfinanzierung und für die Implementierung und Durchführung des Änderungs- und Nachtragsmanagementprozesses.
• Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team erarbeiten Sie im Einklang mit dem Vergabe-, Bauvertrags- und Honorarrecht optimale und individuelle Lösungen für und mit unseren Kunden.
• Als Ansprechpartner und Berater fördern Sie eine gute und strukturierte Kommunikation mit den kundeninternen Fachbereiche und den externen Planungsteams.

Qualifikationen

• Sie haben Ihr immobilienbezogenes oder technisches Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o.ä. erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
• Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement bzw. in der Projektsteuerung von komplexen Hochbauprojekten im Bereich Industrie / Logistik / Produktion.
• Ein routinierter Umgang mit MS Office und MS Project ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
• Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie die Fähigkeit zu analytischem und vernetztem Denken zeichnet sie aus.
• Sie bringen hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache mit und haben Spaß daran, in multikulturellen Teams zu arbeiten.
