Job Description
Your influential mission. You will...
- Handle backend support requests related to database and application server issues
- Ensure timely closure of support requests via the internal helpdesk system
- Assist with financial inquiries, delivering strictly accurate and reliable data
- Act as a liaison between front-line support and PHP, Database, and Client Delivery units
- Manage data import and export processes efficiently
- Analyze data extraction requirements to support business needs
- Communicate effectively to clarify issues and identify root causes
- Investigate problems and explore solutions across a broad technical landscape
- Monitor poker administration applications and databases for potential issues
- Document and maintain detailed reports for internal use and knowledge sharing
Qualifications

- Have completed secondary education, with higher education preferred, ideally in information technologies
- Bring experience working in a team-oriented environment
- Maintain excellent oversight of tasks and assignments in the Backend Specialist queue
- Communicate fluently in spoken and written English
- Possess strong knowledge of PL/SQL
- Demonstrate excellent debugging skills in multi-component systems
- Use SSH commands effectively for support activities
- Work confidently with HTTP APIs and simulate requests/responses
- Have previous experience in a gaming environment (considered a plus)
- Prioritize tasks with excellence and efficiency

We are a dynamic support and development team responsible for managing backend requests related to gaming administration and database applications. Our mission includes identifying system defects, initiating development improvements, and delivering accurate reporting and data analysis to key stakeholders. We act as a central point of coordination between technical support and development units, ensuring smooth operations and continuous enhancements across our platforms.
