We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely, accurate, and friendly assistance. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure each customer receives an exceptional service experience.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary
Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system
Provide guidance and product knowledge to help customers maximize their use of our services
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, features, and policies
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3 years of experience in customer support or a related role
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
