We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Relationship Manager to build, maintain, and expand relationships with our commercial clients. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with commercial clients.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client accounts.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.

  • Develop tailored solutions to meet clients’ business needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and resolve any issues.

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

  • Prepare reports and presentations for management on client performance and opportunities.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or commercial relationship management.

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
