We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to maintain high service standards and provide timely solutions to client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating cases when necessary.

  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve client satisfaction and service processes.

  • Track, document, and report recurring customer concerns.

 

Qualifications
