Job Description

1. Well-versed with Income tax, GST, Labour laws and other real estate-related compliances.
2. Well-versed with Companies Law and LLP-related filing and compliances.
3. MIS preparation, Balance sheet finalisation and investor reporting.
4. Day-to-day management reporting.
5. Dealing with internal and external auditors.
6. Receivables - handling for faster revenue realisations.

Key Skills Needed

1. B.com/M.Com/MBA/CA Inter with relevant Exp.
2. 1-2 years of exp in accounting, taxation, statutory and management reporting
3. Good Interpersonal skills and communication skills

CTC

1. 3-4 lacs lacs per year; negotiable based on competence

2. Corporate health insurance
