Are you a visionary driver with a passion for orchestrating seamless business processes and driving groundbreaking innovation? In our dynamic and evolving software environment, we're seeking a highly skilled E2E Process Lead to join our ambitious team. This isn't just a role; it's an opportunity to architect the future! You'll spearhead the design and execution of cross-functional processes that flow effortlessly across departments, directly fueling our company's overarching commercial strategy and business objectives. As our E2E Process Lead, you'll collaborate closely with key business stakeholders, process pioneers, and subject matter experts, ensuring our processes are not just efficient, but also scalable engines for growth and perfectly aligned with our strategic aspirations

 

What you'll do: Drive Transformation and Deliver Excellence

As our E2E Process Lead, you will:

• Architect the Blueprint for Success: Define the E2E process vision and roadmap for critical areas like deal execution or order 2 cash, ensuring every step is perfectly synchronized with our business goals and enterprise-level solution architecture.
• Empower Collaboration, Inspire Action: Partner with a diverse team of stakeholders – from Business Owners and Pricing Strategists to Product Leaders and Process Excellence Champions – to ignite process improvements and drive tangible impact.
• Define the Playing Field, Unleash Value: Clearly define the scope and value streams for each E2E process, fostering alignment across departments and masterfully managing dependencies throughout the entire value chain.
• Optimize for Peak Performance: Champion process harmonization, simplification, and scalability initiatives, transforming our workflows into models of efficiency and agility.
• Orchestrate Decisions, Mitigate Risks: Lead the charge in decision-making processes between Business Owners and Business Process teams, expertly managing dependencies and proactivaely addressing potential risks to ensure smooth execution.
• Empower Ownership, Ensure Sustainability: Seamlessly hand over and review finalized processes with the business and process teams, fostering a sense of ownership and guaranteeing long-term operational excellence.

 

What you bring: Education and Experience

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of progressive software industry experience, ideally within the SAP ecosystem and across multiple functional areas and/or disciplines.
• Fluent in Englis
• Ability to lead without formal authorit
• Strong stakeholder management skill
• Proven success in process improvement
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
