Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design and support the execution of transformation roadmaps, working closely with IAG’s businesses.
Skills required:
- Resilience and adaptability with a continuous improvement mindset and razor-sharp execution
- Ability to influence and communicate compelling and well thought out solutions to complex problems
- Capability to build strong relationships and engage with and influence stakeholders of all levels (verbally and written)
- Ability to operate effectively in an environment with tight deadlines and finite resource and uncertainty
- Able to strike balance between short-term improvement and long-term value generation, highly ambitious and delivering results quickly
- Commitment to service excellence and process enhancement
- Strong people skills, with an ability to coach and develop others
Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
- Change management experience supporting and implementing multiple solutions involving people, process, policy and technology
- Good understanding of corporate compliance & controls standards and practical experience in applying them in the own area of responsibility
- Working proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
- Working experience at an airport desirable.
