Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation between physical and system records.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor inventory data for trends in shrinkage, damage, misplacement, and mislabeling.
  • Maintain and improve inventory quality assurance procedures to ensure consistent compliance.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and quality teams to resolve inventory issues.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA, SOX).
  • Prepare detailed reports on inventory accuracy, product condition, and inventory KPIs.
  • Support system updates and testing related to inventory processes in ERP or WMS platforms.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance inventory control and accuracy.

 

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, quality assurance, logistics, or warehouse operations.
  • Experience with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS), such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Manhattan.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas).
  • Familiarity with root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
