Application Support Analyst

• Provide support, maintenance and assist with system configuration for a wide variety of software and applications used across the organization.
• Manage server maintenance, security vulnerabilities, and patching.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with numerous vendors.
• Research, evaluate and recommend process improvements.
• Provide troubleshooting, problem solving and issue resolutions.
• Create and maintain batch jobs and associated scripts.

 

This position will assist in driving increased efficiencies, adapt to future work models while enhancing end user and patient experience. This position will deal with broad functionality systems from the start of the project life cycle through the end. A qualified candidate should have an eye for solving complex problems and attention to detail.
