You will delve into a diverse array of ML technologies to drive innovative customer experiences. Collaborating closely with vertical teams, you will design and integrate ML techniques into product features. Additionally, you will collaborate with teammates and platform teams to develop ML tooling and infrastructure for scalability. Your projects will entail a balanced mix of research and exploration, product integration, and infrastructure/data.

• Mentor early-career/mid-career ML engineers.
• Being proactive and always pushing to improve what is existing: infra, architecture, tools, processes, team culture, etc
• Possessing a passion and curiosity for data
• Demonstrating a rapid learning and adaptation mindset, embracing the role of a full-stack ML engineer with a broad scope encompassing data exploration, processing, model implementation, and server integration
• Approaching novel problems with an open mind, leveraging the experience of yours and others, knowing when to seek assistance, and stretching your comfort zone
• Taking ownership of your work, and partnering with cross-functional peers to ensure proper project scoping and implementation

 

Who You Are & What You've Done: 

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals, probability and statistics, algorithm and data structure.
• 1-3 years of industrial experience in developing and deploying machine learning models at scale.
• 1-3 years of technical expertise in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
• 1+ years of Industry experience working with end-to-end ML Systems in a production environment, which includes but is not limited to data pipeline, feature engineering, model serving, monitoring, MLOps, etc
• (Plus) Experience with big data frameworks, such as Spark, Flink, Hadoop/Hive, etc.
• (Plus) Experience in NLP and performance tuning and analysis over LLMs or distributed systems.
• Experience building scalable data infrastructure using commercial and open-source tools.
• Strong programming skills in at least one modern programming language (Python, Rust, C++, Java, etc.)
• Good English communication skills.
