As a Project Manager at enVista, you will focus on implementing Labor Management Systems (LMS). This role will be responsible for overseeing the assigned Consultants in the delivery of all assigned client engagements, including, but not limited to, software evaluation & selections, labor management & incentive pay implementations, operational assessments, and labor standards audits. The Manager owns the client project budget and is responsible for accurate forecasting, scheduling, status reporting, invoicing, and invoice collection, if necessary.

What you will do:
- Manage 1-2 projects of no greater than 20 weeks each at a time, with 1-3 consulting staff members per project
- Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of project to ensure project deliverables are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget parameters
- Consult with clients and internal resources to define problems/opportunities and provide appropriate recommendations of possible solutions
- Prepares, maintains, and proactively manages the project communication plan to the stakeholders and keeps track of project communication materials
- Resolves project issues, mitigates risks, and manages scope change requests; Ensures completion of project deliverables in a timely manner and escalates issues when necessary
- Interacts with project sponsors, stakeholders, and various project members to ensure that specified business needs are met
- Review client’s operations to document current state, identify barriers to productivity, and work with client to optimize processes prior to creating engineered labor standards.
- Oversee the collection of engineering data commonly used in Labor Management implementations using a variety of techniques including direct observation, pre-determined time study (Master Standard Data and MOST), Time Study, and review of client documentation such as SOP’s and CAD drawings
- Review and approve all deliverables produced by the enVista project team including but not limited to Preferred Work Methods, ELS files, Incentive pay rules, operational assessment findings and recommendations
- Review and approve the Labor Management Software (LMS) configuration parameters
- Conduct/Oversee ELS validation/audit observations of client associates in their working environment to ensure accuracy of the observed times
- Lead the design and development of labor management dashboarding that incorporates productivity, labor cost, order profile/volume metrics to provide insights on distribution performance
- Lead all client enablement training and project go-live support
- Act as a mentor to the assigned LM project team while providing guidance and oversight as needed
- Conduct all project planning and resource scheduling. Approves all Time & Expenses. Ensures all invoices are accurate prior to client submission
- Attend all enVista professional training, recruiting sessions, and meetings
- Complete and submit end-of-project reviews on all staff reporting to the Project Manager
- Coordinate project invoicing between client and Accounts Receivable
- Use a high degree of tact when interacting with clients and peers
- Deliver speeches and seminars to diverse audiences as assigned
- Develop and present internal company educational presentations
- Compose articles and white papers for publication
- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned
What you will bring:
- Bachelor or advanced Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management strongly preferred
- 4-6 years professional industry experience in a Consulting role with direct LMS experience required; experience should be within systems designed by Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, Nextview, EasyMetrics, TZA, TAKT, or Rebus.
- 1-2 years of previous Project Management experience
- Ability to write detailed engineering standards
- Previous experience working with 3PL’s is beneficial
- Lean Process Improvement training (Green belt certification is highly desirable)
- PMP and/or change management certifications are highly beneficial
- Familiarity with union environments is highly beneficial
- Should be proficient with MS Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

- Valid passport is highly desired as there will be potential international travel
- Expected Travel Time: About 25-50%
