About the Position:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Make outbound calls using a provided script
• Engage customers with a positive and professional attitude
• Follow the call flow and meet performance goals
• Accurately input call details and maintain records
• Represent our brand with enthusiasm and integrity
• Other duties as assigned by management
Required Skills/Qualifications:
• Basic computer skills (typing, navigating software, using email/browser)
• Positive energy and excellent communication skills
• Ability to read and follow a script clearly and naturally
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• 1 year of previous call center experience
Technical Requirements:
PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible) with 8 GB RAM
Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable)
USB-connected Headset
Webcam
A quiet, dedicated place to work free from distractions, including pets and children.
Hours of Operations / Schedules:
• Part-Time with flexible availability
• Shifts available Monday through Sunday, between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST
• Must be able to work a mix of morning, evening, and/or weekend shifts
Language/Education:
● English as a primary language
● High school diploma or equivalent
