Get to Know the Role
- We are looking for Assistant Manager of the Regional Collections Analytics, QC & Training team to support the team in the data-related processes as well as quality control and training related processes in the Collections area
- You will report to the Manager, Regional Collections Analytics, QC & Training and be based in Petaling Jaya, working onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Regional Support: You will be part of a team that is responsible for all regular reports, analysis, backend strategies and operational readiness across the region. Support the country collection managers and the data team for all collection related inquiries, targets and financial projections.
- Data Analytics and Quality Control: You will use data-driven analytics platforms to identify trends, create applicable insights and improve collections strategies. Ensure business-related quality control by reviewing communication templates, monitoring call quality, overseeing internal processes, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have a degree holder in a relevant field such as Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, accounting licensure like CPA or related disciplines
- You have a min of 5+ years of working experience preferably in the Fintech industry or financial services.
- You have knowledge of credit risk management, debt recovery strategies, and legal regulations are good to have.
- You have a understanding of database structures and tools such as SQL, Power BI, and other data visualization or analytics platforms (e.g. Tableau, Excel VBA, Python for data analysis).
