Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary VP Sales, OEM to lead the commercial strategy and execution for our next-generation AI Agent-based solutions through OEM partnerships and strategic channel relationships. This high-impact leadership role will drive ecosystem growth and revenue through embedded AI solutions, overseeing strategic partner GTM initiatives, channel performance, and technology integration across industrial sectors. As a matrix leader collaborating with regional and corporate stakeholders, you will shape and execute a global partner strategy that positions our AI capabilities as core enabling technology within partner solutions and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
OEM Strategy & Execution
Own the end-to-end OEM revenue strategy and partner sales execution for the AI Agent product line, focusing on embedded solutions and technology partnerships
Develop and lead comprehensive OEM GTM plans, partnering with Product, Marketing, and Technical teams to drive partner pipeline growth and market adoption
Negotiate and structure complex OEM agreements, including licensing models, revenue sharing, technical integration terms, and go-to-market commitments
Drive OEM partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing relationship management to ensure successful product integration and joint market success
Own the build of the operating model
Partner Ecosystem Development
Build and scale a global network of strategic technology partners, system integrators, and channel partners to amplify market reach
Establish partner certification programs and technical enablement frameworks to ensure quality implementations and customer success
Develop joint value propositions and co-marketing strategies with key OEM partners to maximize market penetration
Create and manage partner incentive programs, including rebates, MDF allocation, and performance-based compensation structures
Strategic Relationship Management
Engage with C-level decision-makers at OEM partners, articulating the strategic value of embedded AI Agents in enhancing their solutions and competitive positioning
Serve as executive sponsor for tier-1 OEM relationships, ensuring long-term strategic alignment and mutual value creation
Drive quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key partners to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with partner product teams to influence roadmap alignment and integration priorities
Commercial Performance Management
Drive performance management across partner pipeline, forecasting accuracy, deal velocity, and revenue attainment through OEM channels
Establish and monitor key performance indicators for partner success, including integration milestones, certification completion, and joint customer wins
Implement scalable processes for partner onboarding, deal registration, and conflict resolution across the OEM ecosystem
Optimize partner compensation models and commercial terms to drive sustainable growth and profitability
Cross-Functional Leadership
Align with corporate strategy on OEM pricing models, partnership frameworks, and technology licensing approaches
Partner with Legal and Business Development teams to structure innovative commercial models that accelerate partner adoption
Collaborate with Product Management to ensure AI Agent capabilities meet OEM integration requirements and technical specifications
Work closely with Marketing to develop partner-focused messaging, collateral, and demand generation campaigns
Market Leadership & Innovation
Act as an internal champion for the OEM channel, influencing product innovation and platform features based on partner and end-customer insights
Operate as a thought leader within the company and externally to establish credibility and visibility in the AI partnership ecosystem
Drive competitive intelligence and market analysis to identify new OEM opportunities and partnership models
Represent the company at industry events, partner conferences, and technology forums to build market presence and thought leadership
Qualifications
10+ years of enterprise software or AI solution sales, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles (VP/SVP).
Direct experience of building OEM revenue streams in one (ideally more) businesses.
Deep understanding of AI technologies, platforms, and enterprise adoption models.
Exceptional executive presence and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset; able to blend strategic planning with day-to-day execution.
Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing.
Comfortable operating in high-growth, ambiguous, and cross-cultural environments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of exceeding commercial goals
