What will you be doing as a Conveyancing Manager -

In this pivotal role, you will provide day-to-day direction to the conveyancing team c90 - ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs), exceed customer expectations and comply with industry regulations. You’ll also play a strategic role in shaping our operational framework, supporting the Group in delivering the company’s long-term goals.

You will oversee and develop 8 direct reports, driving performance and fostering leadership capabilities within the team
Drive wider team performance to ensure timescales, targets and service standards are consistently achieved.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, high performance, and customer focus.
Oversee the development and implementation of improved systems, workflows, and processes.
Support compliance with CLC (or equivalent regulatory body) guidelines and internal legal practices.
Conduct regular performance reviews, one-to-ones, and Personal Development Plans (PDPs).
Ensure efficient workload management, accurate pipeline forecasting, and effective absence cover planning.
Act as a knowledge leader for conveyancing best practices across the business
