Job Summary

Experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders. Have a strong background in project management methodologies, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Responsibilities & Duties

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery.
Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
8+ years of project management experience, including large-scale or enterprise-level projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred.
