VML Finland is seeking a hands-on SEO specialist to join the team in Helsinki. As our SEO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility and performance of our global clients’ digital assets. You deliver measurable organic growth, build best-in-class SEO strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute digital campaigns that deliver real value.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Build and execute SEO strategies for VML Finland's global clients.
Manage technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content strategies.
Conduct SEO audits, competitive analysis, and keyword research.
Analyse and report KPIs, insights, and growth metrics directly to the client team(s).
Stay ahead of search trends and emerging tools and technologies
Collaborate with design, developers, and content teams for seamless execution.

What We’re Looking For:

2-5 years experience in SEO in an agency, freelancer or high-growth customer environment.
Understanding of common SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and analytics platforms (GA4, GSC, Matomo), and data visualization tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
Experience managing SEO for multiple clients or websites simultaneously. Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
Familiarity with adapting SEO for AI-driven search (like SGE).
Analytical mindset with a track record of measurable growth.
Strong communication and presentation skills, confident at working collaboratively with clients.
Fluency in English, Finnish language is a plus.
The candidate must already be based in Finland, and able to work on site in Helsinki.
