In This Role, You'Ll:

Work as part of a collaborative and learner-focused team, you’ll play a key role in answering learner enquiries and delivering high-quality support across a wide range of accredited and non-accredited learning programs.


This role is all about helping learners successfully navigate their enrolment journey—whether they need guidance with self-enrolling, support with bulk enrolments, or answers to more complex or escalated questions.


Every day will see you working across a variety of learning systems and platforms, helping learners with everything from enrolling in a course to understanding how to stay compliant throughout their program.


You’ll also work closely with the Learning Operations Manager and the broader team, contributing to a culture of shared knowledge, continuous improvement, and great service delivery.

About You


You’ll be using your knowledge of the Transport learning curricula to resolve Level 2 enquiries, provide clear advice, and ensure every learner understands their obligations under state and federal program guidelines.

Alongside this, you’ll play a part in improving our systems and processes by identifying opportunities for service enhancements and supporting quality and compliance initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who is a quick learner and thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can communicate complex information with clarity and empathy.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience within a large-scale organisation in Learning & Development with a strong systems background.
