Senior Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst who will play a critical role in translating business needs into actionable insights, building real-time analytics infrastructure, and enabling data-driven decisions across product, marketing, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines using PostgreSQL and Aurora RDS
• Creating real-time materialized views with Materialize
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into efficient data models and intuitive dashboards
• Building clear, insightful dashboards in Metabase to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Monitoring data quality and ensuring data integrity across all stages
• Supporting ad-hoc analysis to drive growth, performance, and optimization initiatives

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering
• Expert-level SQL skills, particularly with PostgreSQL
• Solid experience working with relational databases and data pipelines (Aurora RDS is a plus)
• Familiarity with real-time analytics tools (Materialize or similar technologies preferred)
• Proficiency in Metabase or comparable BI/visualization platforms
• Ability to understand and simplify complex business problems using data
• Clear, concise communicator — both with technical and non-technical stakeholders
