Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional stakeholders to foster collaboration
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned institutes, ensuring seamless coordination across teams
  • Oversee the full commercial process from bidding to collections, ensuring timely execution
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align institutional goals with operational delivery
  • Design and implement tailored sales strategies aligned with marketing and inventory availability
  • Identify and evaluate new bidding and direct order opportunities with assigned institutes
  • Manage and monitor budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and financial compliance

Essential Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in commercial leadership roles within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or institutional sales
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end commercial processes and cross-functional coordination
  • Strong background in client relationship management and team supervision
  • In-depth understanding of public procurement models and institutional purchasing frameworks
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills

Desirable Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree in Commercial Strategy, Business Management, Marketing, or an MBA
  • Experience working with public health institutions such as IMSS, CCINSHAE, or OPD
