The Role

Our Chelsea Heights site is located in Melbourne’s south-east, manufacturing a range of more than 44 milk, milk-based beverages and cream products. The site currently produces around 100 million litres of product every year!

The role of the Process Worker is to ensure that finished goods are inspected and packed in accordance with procedures and specifications. The candidate is required to be available on afternoon shift 1PM to 5PM, 5 days a week Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic machine monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Inspecting finished goods to ensure quality standards are met

• Recording/ Reporting of production data – including completing downtime sheets

• Ensuring production areas are cleaned up to quality standards

• Adhering to company safety and quality policies and procedures

About you

• Previous experience in a FMCG environment

• Really good multi-tasking skills – solid ability to manage and keep an eye on multiple things at one time

• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn

• Self-starter and proactive nature

• Strong problem-Solving Skills
