Stellenbeschreibung

Diese Position wird an unseren Standorten in München, Wien und in Frankfurt besetzt. 

 

• Im Rahmen von Großbauprojekten in den Bereichen Data Centre und Life Science sind Sie als Teil eines Projektteams für die Erstellung und Überwachung komplexer Terminpläne verantwortlich.

• Sie behalten die Richtigkeit, Validität und Vollständigkeit der Terminpläne im Blick und erstellen Fortschrittsberichte für das Projekt-Reporting.
• Sie identifizieren, analysieren und kommunizieren Abweichungen und erarbeiten Vorschläge zur Gegensteuerung.
• Sie koordinieren interne und externe Terminpläne, bewerten die Vorgehensweise und die Kontrollsysteme und erarbeiten Maßnahmen.
• Als Berater fördern Sie eine gute und strukturierte Kommunikation mit den kundeninternen Fachbereichen und den externen Planungsteams.

Qualifikationen

• Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Fach- oder Hochschulstudium mit  bautechnischer Ausrichtung.
• Sie bringen ca. 7 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Projektsteuerung / Project Controls für Infrastrukturprojekte mit, davon min. 5 Jahre spezialisierte Kentnisse in der Terminplanung.
• Sie überzeugen durch ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, Zielstrebigkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen ebenso wie Spaß an herausfordernden Großprojekten.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Primavera (P6)
