About the Role:
We have a brand new opportunity for a permanent, full time, Fundraising Business Process Analyst to join our Fundraising Operations team based our of Blackburn, Melbourne with flexible/hybrid WFH arrangements.
This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of Fundraising Donor Information within CRM (Blackbaud) and the review of input processes, ensuring validity of CRM Donor Information and therefore accuracy of Business (Fundraising) reporting and analytics within the Salvation Army’s Fundraising Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve Donor Data Quality within CRM
- Support the development of structured processes from data ingestion to usage, empowering informed fundraising decisions
- Investigate data lineage to improve workflows and ensure efficient use of CRM information
- Implement bulk updates and system upgrades using tools like Brightvine Loader
- Create exception reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues, such as duplicates or inaccuracies
About You:
- Experience managing databases, especially CRM (Blackbaud)
- Skilled in Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and understanding database structures
- Proven experience in CRM administration and data management
- Knowledge of programming, reporting requirements, and the donor journey
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools and a passion for data-driven solutions
