Executive, Licensing

Support for the PD Team:

•             Manage samples received from brands by organizing them and distributing to brand managers, who will then forward them to licensors or arrange them as needed.

•             Coordinate the packing, shipping, and return confirmation of plush toys and other rental items requested by licensees.

•             Assist in updating the website by collecting necessary information from each brand manager.

Support for the Sales Team:

•             Regularly update and translate sales decks based on instructions provided by brand managers.

•             Prepare draft company profiles for submission with new business proposals.

•             Print and organize sales materials as needed for sales presentations.

•             Maintain and update contact lists, and organize business cards for sales executives.

Administrative Support:

•             Track and manage tax form submissions and related documentation.
