Job Description
Position Overview
The Regional Operations Analyst for Real Estate will be responsible for serving as the central contact for the regional Asset Management, Property Management and Acquisitions teams to collect and provide key operational and market data in support of Portfolio Management and Investment Operations.
Essential Duties
- Collect, process, and track in-depth market information across the portfolio and from third-party data sources
- Provide valuation support by coordinating regional market level data
- Maintain summaries of key valuation assumptions to support assurance of consistency
- Coordinate periodic and quarterly market leasing assumption reviews and updates
- Assist with annual property appraisals by providing property level data needed by third party appraisers
- Create tools to automate, visualize, and present aggregated data when possible
- Maintain asset level 10-year capital plans
- Participate in the annual property budget process
- Set-up acquisition properties and maintain key building characteristics
- Provide required asset information in support of financing activities
- Provide leasing and operational performance analysis
- Produce monthly / quarterly regional operational reports
- Support various portfolio management and investor relations efforts as needed
- Respond to regular and ad hoc data requests
- Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree and related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial statements.
- Ability to effectively present information to senior management and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel) and familiarity with database systems preferred.
- Strong understanding of data management and analysis.
- Knowledge of industry-level accounting and asset management systems (Yardi) preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Organized and detail oriented with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Willingness to occasionally work irregular or long hours may be required.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
$80,000.00 - $105,000.00The firm also offers robust Benefits offerings.
