Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
Communicate solutions and information to merchants and consumers effectively
Route escalations to the appropriate channels
Engage in training and development initiatives to improve technical and soft skills
Ensure timely follow up and ensure exceptional service to meet the overall business goals
Job Requirement:
Will be required to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Must have previous experience in providing exceptional customer service
Strong background in logistics, both air and road transport is a plus
Experience in e-commerce and start-up environments will be highly advantageous
Proficiency in using various communication channels such as E-mail, Chat, and Social Media
Fresh grads are welcome to apply
Mandarin proficiency is a MUST
