Senior Data Processor

Data Processing, also known as information processing, is the process of collection and manipulation of data to produce meaningful story.

Validating, processing, and outputting information are the main functions of a data processors. Planning and scheduling the tasks are priorities they need to set on daily basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Verifying the accuracy of the data through internal standards and tools to make sure it is complete and required information is not missing

· Processing the data in table format and verifying tables’ content

· Present the data in a desired format

· Verifying all the information across all documents/files is accurately presented

· Work closely with the Survey Programming Team to provide perspective the impact of question structure on data deliverables

· Train and mentor team members on best practices

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

· Verbal and written communication skills

· Fluent in English as this is our company language

· Strong organizational skills

· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

· Attention to details

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Basic knowledge of database structure

· Experience with Microsoft Office – Excel (basic)

· Experience/knowledge in SPSS

· Experience/knowledge in tabulation software or any other statistical package knowledge constitute an advantage
