Corporate Cash Management is a key product within Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Bank. The team, located in Milan, support large corporate clients (Italian and subsidiaries of international MNCs) and Bank’s international network on  cross-border and domestic business. Cash Management offers products and solutions for every stage of a client’s treasury needs working closely both on local and global relationship.

The Client implementation Analyst  is responsible for retaining and growing a dedicated portfolio of clients, acting as point of contact for service issues, and the overall level of service provided to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Be  responsible for highly complex client account openings and product set up requests (including new, changing or expanding requirements).
  • Implementing top-tier solutions for corporate clients and financial institutions.
  • Delivering seamless product(s)/service(s) setup and streamlined installation processes in compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
  • Monitoring and evaluating product performance and client feedback to generate new product ideas and identify product/service features that need to be changed to meet client needs.
  • Liaising with other areas of the bank to implement these changes.


Skills

  • Degree in Economics or Law.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong communication and commercial skills.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm.
  • Personal development attitude.
  • Ability to learning quickly and be able to find solutions.
  • Ability to contribute to the success of the team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tool.
