Manager - Salesforce Quality Engineering

Calix is seeking an experienced QA/BA Manager to lead quality assurance and business analyst efforts across our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is pivotal in defining and executing QA/BA strategies, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and high-quality solutions. The qualified individual will have experience in leadership and working within both disciplines within a Salesforce Ecosystem. This individual will lead a team in India consisting of 5 individuals focused either on QA or BA disciplines.

• Define and implement QA tools, frameworks, and processes tailored to the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Lead and mentor the QA/BA teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Collaborate with development leaders and stakeholders to assess and enhance QA effectiveness.
• Provide strategic input across the end-to-end development lifecycle.
• Partner with the DevOps team to incorporate retrospective feedback into QA practices.
• Stay abreast of Salesforce platform updates and QA best practices to ensure alignment with industry standards.
