Title: HR Shared Services & Advisory Analyst- Contractor

Contract Duration: 6+ Months

Business Unit: HR Shared Services

Location: Charlotte, NC

The HR Shared Services & Advisory team is responsible for global HR operations, immigration and mobility, data analytics and reporting, current and prospective client RFPs and due diligence inquiries, and other strategic projects and business management.

The HRSS&A team is seeking an analyst with 3-5 years of experience, to support analytical and administrative work with strategic projects that may include supporting regulatory employment processes, documentation and audits; automating HR processes; refreshing HR policies and procedures globally; managing employee leaves of absence; other ad-hoc projects as they arise.
