Associate Manager Controllership

Job Description:

The role involves the below

• End to end managing of the statutory reporting process for some of the complex DXC entities across regions independently. 
• Preparation of financial statement under different GAAPs(IFRS,UK GAAP etc..)
• The role will interface with the regional statutory reporting managers, controllers, corporate shared services team across the region.
• Need to manage the audit process remotely by coordinating from Chennai / Bangalore with auditors located at different region.
• Perform reconciliation of balance sheet accounts relating to investments in subsidiaries, Equity related accounts.
• Support controllership team for any ongoing projects relating to finance / business related matters and perform, wherever necessary, in preparing detailed project evaluation report.
• Need to handle team for the region assigned and monitor / review the progress of preparation and audit completion.

The members of the team will assist in this process but also will available to assist in ad hoc projects.

Skill set

1. Qualified CA with more than 6 years of Post qualification, with at least 2+ years relevant experience in statutory reporting.

2. Experience in financial statement preparation and audit coordination

3. Exposure to US GAAP  or IFRS and or tax reporting

4. Knowledge / working knowledge of SAP is preferable

5. Good communication skills
