Job Duties:

· Provide personal care and support to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities

· Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility

· Follow each patient's care plan and report any changes in condition

· Work alongside nurses, therapists, and facility staff to provide excellent care

· Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity in every interaction

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare facility

· Current CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) and TB upon hire

· Strong communication and time management skills

· Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
