Job Description

As a Treasury Analyst I, where you'll play a key role in supporting daily treasury functions, driving operational efficiency, and contributing to financial integrity across the organization.

This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in payment processing, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work alongside experienced Treasury professionals and be empowered to grow your skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Treasury Operations: Process credit card transactions, refunds, chargebacks, and invoices. Maintain and automate daily reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconciliation & Analysis: Perform first-level reconciliations of payment platforms to source systems and bank accounts. Investigate discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Reporting & Insights: Pull and analyze data to report on KPIs across donation channels (Credit Cards, Fintech, Banking), including cost-to-serve metrics. Support monthly and quarterly reporting needs.
• Donation Management: Apply and correct donations in the donor system through manual entry, uploads, reclasses, and adjustments.
• Audit & Compliance Support: Conduct user access reviews, gather audit documentation, and ensure adherence to internal policies and SOPs.
• Month-End Close Support: Assist with compiling Treasury data for month-end close, including payment activity, fees, and trend analysis.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Accounts Payable, Accounting, and ECC teams to support treasury-related initiatives.
• Project Support: Contribute to ad hoc Treasury projects and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
• Strong understanding of financial principles and reconciliation processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

This position will be based at our National Executive Office in Memphis, TN and eligible for hybrid work.
