1. 项目支持：

作为HR团队的一部分，科思创的Projects & Solutions team集合了雇主品牌、学习发展、人才发展、组织发展、变革管理、企业文化、HRMarketing等多个话题的专业人员，囊括了从吸引、招募到培养人才的完整链路。

你将参与到上述提及的各类项目中，为项目经理和成员提供必要的支持，锻炼项目能力；

2. 创新思考：

我们在意你的想法，欢迎加入我们的头脑风暴，你的一个小建议很有可能在这里落地生花；

3. 玩转营销与推广：

协助雇主品牌和HR营销的同事进行内容营销（包含微信端的新媒体运营），以及一些推广活动的策划与实施；

4. 培训与活动支持：

协助日常培训的准备与执行等；

5. 其他的团队支持性工作

1. 有好奇心，对HR工作感兴趣

2. 细心，耐心，有责任感，能够按时并有质量的完成工作

3. 良好的中英文读写能力

4. 会简单的秀米编辑器（微信排版）使用，会视频剪辑更佳！

5. 能够保证一周3天，3个月以上的出勤（长期实习为佳）
