• Producing client’s Performance Attribution reports that will be delivered to clients on a monthly or quarterly basis. Reports include ex-post Risk Statistics and Contribution Analysis

• Manage client relationships by taking an active part in understanding their performance reporting requirements. Understanding the client’s investment objectives and investment strategy.

• Supporting Senior Consultants with the client relationship and client reporting needs.

• Responding to client queries for ad-hoc performance analysis and provide clients training for online applications.

• Work closely with the relationship management team and wider NT partners on all mutual clients

• Participate in continued product development of performance measurement capabilities and subsequent implementation into ongoing client deliverables

• Sustain high level of knowledge in Northern Trust systems, investment instruments / markets and market trends in performance measurement and risk

• Works with the Manila Team to ensure operational processes and efficiencies are maximized

• In time, evolve the individual so they can expand their duties in other disciplines e.g. Post Trade Compliance Monitoring and Ex-Ante Risk

• The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• A willingness to learn about Performance Attribution and Risk (previous knowledge would be a bonus)
• Knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments and portfolio management
• Excellent attention to detail whilst staying calm under pressure
• Ability to think critically and analyse problems independently
• Good time management and prioritisation skills
• Maths/Economics/Finance or any other numerate background at university
