As part of JBT Marel Global Logistics, we're seeking a dedicated Associate Logistics Specialist to support procurement, manage global shipping tasks, and ensure on-time delivery of spare parts and equipment. Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing shipping operations:

Support procurement on inbound supplies from external suppliers.
Manage global shipping tasks for green field projects in alignment with Sales Engineers.
Secure on-time delivery of spare parts to end-customers globally.
Ensure end-to-end delivery performance for both spare parts and equipment.
Utilize global logistics standards and best practices from freight quotation to on-site delivery.
Handle exceptions related to sales order deliveries and implement corrective actions.
Support the Logistics Supervisors on various projects.

Your Background

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2 years as a Logistics Planner or Coordinator.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Experience in a multicultural, multi-discipline organization.
Functional knowledge of global trade control regulations and EU regulations.
Expertise in compliance risk analysis and customs issue resolution.
Experience with ERP systems, SAP is an advantage.
