HEICO Component Repair Group is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping outgoing orders and ensuring accuracy in all shipping documentation.  This position also includes general warehouse duties and data entry.  

 

Key Responsibilities include: 

 - Packaging and labeling boxes and crates for shipment according to company and carrier standards.

 - Perform data entry related to shipping and tracking systems.

 - Prepare and verify shipping paperwork including packing slips, bills of lading and shipping labels.

 - Confirm outgoing units match order information and are labeled accurately.

 - Assist in receiving and organizing inventory when necessary.

 - Maintain a clean and safe work area.

 - Perform general warehouse tasks.

 - Operate forklift to move, load and unload materials.

 - Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in shipping warehouse, or logistics preferred.

Basic computer skills and ability to perform data entry.

Familiarity with shipping software and systems preferred (FedEx, UPS)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.

Must be able to operate or be willing to learn to operate a forklift and obtain certification upon hire.
