Objective: Serve as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and communication. This role supports the organization through direct customer assistance, shareholder relations, document preparation, and coordination with various internal departments.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Serves as the primary liaison for customer inquiries, concerns, and communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
· Maintains ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
· Coordinates and communicates with shareholders, including the preparation and distribution of shareholder communications, reports, and packets.
· Prepares and organizes business documentation, including internal records, meeting materials, filings, and correspondence.
· Submits required filings and communicates with state and federal agencies on behalf of various business entities.
· Maintains accurate databases of customer and shareholder records.
· Assists with the scheduling of meetings and coordination of events or shareholder gatherings.
· Collaborates with internal departments to support customer needs and resolve issues.
· Monitors deadlines and compliance requirements for corporate filings and ensures timely submission.
· Supports various administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and supply management.
· Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
· At least four years of related experience required.
Work Environment
· Office envrionment
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
· Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
