Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist in overseeing the entire lifecycle of audio-visual productions in the scope of event management — from initial client consultation to final execution—ensuring all aspects are meticulously planned and delivered.
• Create and maintain robust inventory control and archiving systems for all equipment and assets within the Resort Technology team. Develop lifespan projections for production management elements and equipment and implement upgrades when feasible.
• Supervise the setup, technical testing, rehearsals, execution, and dismantling of audio-visual equipment, ensuring all processes are conducted efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate all administrative tasks related to event planning and execution, providing comprehensive support throughout the process.
   

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years' experience in Event management or Stage production.
• Proven experience in show calling is required.
• A background in theatrical stage production or audio-visual production is highly desirable.
• Experienced candidates may be considered for advancement in Supervisor or Assistant Manager positions.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
