Job Responsibilities:

• Design, modify, and troubleshoot lighting presets, effects, and timecode-based shows in close collaboration with event planners, performers, and production teams, ensuring lighting schemes meet both artistic and technical requirements.
• Demonstrate comprehensive proficiency with lighting fixtures and control systems, underpinned by essential electrical knowledge for safe and effective installation and performance.
• Possess accredited training and practical experience across key technical disciplines, including audio, video, lighting, control systems, and large-scale show operations—with strong expertise in equipment installation, configuration, operation, repair, and maintenance.
• Lead small teams to successfully complete assigned project tasks, promoting accountability and quality outcomes.
• Facilitate extensive cross-training initiatives to ensure team members maintain a broad and versatile technical skill set.
• Perform regular inspections of equipment and systems to ensure compliance with operational protocols and SOPs, while maintaining precise inventory records across all assets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years working experience, from a hospitality, large-scale theatrical, arena, touring productions, system integrator or in related field.
• This role requires advanced expertise in Grand MA3 (and earlier versions), with the ability to design, program, and execute dynamic lighting cues for various events, shows, and ambient environments.
• Knowledge of lighting Control Software, Nicolaudie, Sunlite, Chamsys etc.
• Experience in theater, convention, concerts, festivals, or other live events is highly valuable.
• Good command in spoken and written Cantonese or Mandarin, basic understanding and able to communicate in English.
