Epassi is growing and we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to Vaasa (Finland). This position is fixed-term position for one year.
We have a hybrid working model and we work part of the week from the office in Vaasa and partly remotely.
In this role you’ll be the face of the company interacting with our important stakeholders – end-users, clients and partners.
As a Customer Support Specialist you will:
- resolve customer support cases through phone and email efficiently and politely offering best-in-class service
- guide our stakeholders from a technical and product perspective through the user-journey
- liaise with colleagues and other teams to find the best solutions
- identify recurring issues and feedback to be escalated for product development
- keep yourself up to date with new and changing features of the product

You're a great fit if you:

- grasp easily new information and operating systems
- are easy-going team player with can-do attitude and to also work well on your own
- have 1-2 years of work experience within a customer service or other relevant experience
- are proficient in Finnish and English (these are mandatory), Swedish is a big plus
