Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a driven and analytical individual to join our Investment Sales team in Brisbane. Reporting to the National Director, Head of Investment Sales QLD, this Analyst role is a unique opportunity to support team members across a broad range of functions - helping to drive revenue growth and expand our national platform.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, collect and analyze sales and market data across local and national markets

  • Prepare detailed property marketing reports and high-quality pitch documents

  • Undertake cashflow modelling and due diligence coordination for major asset campaigns

  • Maintain and update key databases including property, company and contact information

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (brokers, research, valuation, and marketing teams)

  • Liaise with external agents, valuers, and brokers

  • Support the team with advertising materials, research tasks, and general administration

What We’re Looking For

  • A basic understanding of financial modelling and commercial property transactions

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

  • Friendly, professional and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
