Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a driven and analytical individual to join our Investment Sales team in Brisbane. Reporting to the National Director, Head of Investment Sales QLD, this Analyst role is a unique opportunity to support team members across a broad range of functions - helping to drive revenue growth and expand our national platform.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Source, collect and analyze sales and market data across local and national markets
Prepare detailed property marketing reports and high-quality pitch documents
Undertake cashflow modelling and due diligence coordination for major asset campaigns
Maintain and update key databases including property, company and contact information
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (brokers, research, valuation, and marketing teams)
Liaise with external agents, valuers, and brokers
Support the team with advertising materials, research tasks, and general administration

What We’re Looking For

A basic understanding of financial modelling and commercial property transactions
Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Friendly, professional and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
