🔑 Your Key Responsibilities

As a strategic leader in our Global Business Services team, you will:

Design and Govern the global O2C core process model, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational excellence.

Lead Innovation by identifying future-proof solutions and driving next-generation process improvements.

Drive Standardization across regions, simplifying and harmonizing processes for consistency and efficiency.

Manage Stakeholder Relationships across Finance, Supply Chain, Trade, and regional hubs to ensure seamless collaboration.

Monitor Performance through KPIs and ensure value realization from process improvements.

Oversee Compliance by maintaining internal controls and ensuring adherence to global standards.

Mentor and Inspire Process & Solutions Leads, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

🧠 What You Bring

We’re looking for a visionary leader with:

10+ years of O2C experience, ideally within a Global Business Services environment.

Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven leadership in cross-functional stakeholder engagement, including Executive and CFO-level collaboration.

Expertise in process design and transformation, with a passion for innovation. Strong communication skills, able to influence and present across all levels of the organization.

Change management experience, driving adoption and continuous improvement.

Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
