Summary
A successful Human Resources Administrator will be enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service to other Bank associates, understanding and communicating our internal procedures and regulatory requirements, conducting accurate and timely transactions, and maintaining repetitive tasks.
Responsibilities
- Supports the input of all personnel new hire and termination related data and reviews for accuracy in the HRIS system.
- Assist with vendor communications to resolve issues.
- Assists with audit of data in the HRIS system.
- Provides administrative assistance and support to various HR department functions, performs research and completes special assignments when necessary
- Assists with the day-to-day efficient operation of the Human Resources office, including distribution of mail, assisting visitors to the department, ordering supplies, department event support, etc.
- Assist with monthly and annual benefit enrollment periods for eligible employees.
- Assist with the coordination of worker’s compensation claims.
- Assist in monitoring all vacation and leave time for associates and coordinating any short-term or FMLA leave requests.
- Assist with weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting.
- Responsible for managing the content of the Human Resources department page.
- Responsibly for timely submission of vendor invoices into accounts payable system.
- Provides the highest level of internal client service.
- Protect all client and bank information confidentially and follow all company policies.
- Understand, communicate, and instill the Company’s mission, vision, and values (Pillars of Success).
- Complete monthly training in a timely manner to ensure knowledge of bank regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Working at the worksite during regular business hours and/or assigned hours.
- Other specified duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of full-time work in a professional environment, 2+ year of related Human Resources experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
The work environment is typical of a standard office setting. The position is sedentary, exerting 0 – 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. It involves sitting most of the time but may also involve moving between various departments. Reaching may be required involving extending arms in any direction. Office equipment, such as a computer and telephone will be used requiring the use of hands and fingers to manipulate a keyboard or keypad. Visual ability to read a computer screen or written documents is necessary. English speaking ability to express or exchange ideas; impart oral information to associates, clients or the public; or convey detailed or important instructions by means of the spoken word is required. Hearing is necessary to receive detailed information through oral communication.
