Make a difference as Maintenance, Reliability & Utility Manager
As the Maintenance, Reliability & Utility Manager, you will lead and manage the plant maintenance strategy to ensure maximum equipment efficiency and reliability. You’ll oversee maintenance operations, utilities, preventive programs, and asset control, while fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

What you will do :

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the plant’s maintenance strategy, policies, and best practices

• Lead maintenance team performance, ensuring high equipment availability and optimized utility usage

• Implement and manage preventive maintenance and reliability strategies, including TPM and WCM (focused on PM/AM pillars)

• Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently

• Coach, develop, and engage team members to deliver continuous improvement and long-term capability building

• Manage maintenance budgets, monitor costs, and ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations

What you will bring :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related fields

• Proven experience in the food & beverage or chemical manufacturing industry

• Extensive hands-on experience in plant maintenance and equipment problem solving

• Expertise in TPM/WCM practices and implementation

• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
