Image Coach

We are seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our team as a part-time Image Coach. If you have a flair for enhancing your personal image, a talent for tutoring others, and a love for working with people, this opportunity might be perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and conduct professional make-up and hairstyling workshops for all employees, including both ladies and gentlemen, to promote personal appearance standards across the company.

• Create engaging tutorial videos and step-by-step guides, sharing expert tips and techniques with FSEs and Operations teams.

• Provide make-up and appearance support for Operations units and talent during special events, ensuring they present their best image in line with company standards.

• Continuously research and evaluate high-quality makeup products, tools, and brands, recommending and sourcing the best options to enhance the FSE’s image and support the well-being of employees.

• Deliver interactive presentations and coaching sessions to empower employees, notably game presenters, with the confidence and knowledge to elevate their personal style.

• Assist the Image Service QA team during vacations and absences, in case it is requested by the Image Service & Promotions QA Manager or Head of the Operations QA.

• Conduct regular appearance checks and audits in terms of visual appearance on our PLS products, providing guidance and coaching on necessary enhancements and improvements.

• Deliver interactive presentations and coaching sessions to empower employees, notably game presenters, with the confidence and knowledge to elevate their personal style.

• Serve as a consultant and advisor for Operations, identifying appearance-related improvement areas and recommending make-up specifics or professional grooming solutions to ensure all public-facing products and personnel reflect the highest standards.

• Collaborate in the creation, coordination, and execution of promotions and special events led by the Image Service, bringing creative ideas and appearance expertise to drive engagement and impact.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience and passion in make-up and hairstyling, supported by a comprehensive portfolio.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a love for working with diverse teams.

• Willingness to learn new skills and continuously improve.

• Professionalism and responsibility in managing tasks and time.

• Prior experience in leading workshops or training sessions is a plus.

• Good knowledge of the English language, spoken and written, is required.
